All transactions are conducted solely between users, and Sell&Go assumes no responsibility for the outcome of any interaction or transaction.

2. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account
• Use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws

You are solely responsible for your interactions, communications, and transactions with other users.

Sell&Go does not verify the identity, background, or reliability of users.

3. User Transactions and Disputes

Sell&Go does not guarantee:

• The accuracy or legality of listings
• The ability of buyers to pay or sellers to deliver
• The safety or success of any transaction

Any dispute arising between users must be resolved directly between the parties involved.
